We're currently in the process of choosing our space. Final building to be announced, we're targeting a walkable, high-traffic area on the south side.

Austin lost its longtime 30,000 sq ft antique mall in 2024. This is Austin's next great antiquing destination, back where it belongs, in the city.

Up to 25% of our space is reserved for local Austin artists and creatives, bringing a fresh, dynamic mix alongside the vintage and antique dealers.
HOW APPLICATIONS WORK 🤔
Every founding dealer application gets a look from our team before booth assignment. We're building a curated mix of vintage, antique, and local maker booths, so not every application will be a fit, and that's how we keep the collection worth digging through.
Once you're approved to reserve your spot, we'll follow up directly with payment details.

Rate locked in before public opening
Flat $5/sq ft rent + 15% sales commission, no hidden fees
Credit card transactions: 2% fee. Cash sales: no fee.
Pay 6 months of rent in advance and get 25% off rent for that 6 month stretch
